1. What is the privacy policy?

① HoD Web 3.0 & HoD World (hereinafter referred to as "HoD") collects, uses, and provides personal information based on the user's consent, and actively guarantees the user's rights (right to self-determination of personal information).
② HoD complies with the relevant laws, personal information protection regulations, and guidelines of the Republic of Korea that information and communication service providers must comply with.
③ The term "privacy policy" means the guidelines that HoD must comply with so that users can use the service with confidence by protecting users' valuable personal information.
2. Collection of personal information
The following personal information is being collected from users. All users can use the services provided by HoD and receive more diverse services through membership registration. When collecting the user's personal information, we will make sure to inform the user in advance and ask for consent. The collection methods include service use, event application, customer center, fax, phone, etc., and comply with the following principles. Collect the minimum amount of personal information needed to deliver the service.
① Personal information collection items: ID, password, email, identification value, date of birth
② Service usage items: service usage records, cookies, IP addresses, and member action records
3. Use of personal information
We will use the user's personal information only for the following purposes, and if the purpose changes, we will ask for the user's consent in advance.
① User identification, the intention of registration and age confirmation, prevention of fraudulent use of defective members,
② Confirmation of consent of legal representative when collecting personal information of children under the age of 14, and confirmation of themselves when exercising their rights.
③ Handling a complaint about identification when loss of ID or password
④ Fees settled when providing promised services with users, purchasing paid services, and using them.
⑤ Development of new services, information delivery at events, marketing, and advertising
⑥ Service usage records and frequency analysis, statistics on service usage, customized service provision, and service improvement
4. Provision of personal information
HoD does not provide personal information to the outside world without the user's prior consent. Except in the case below.
① Where an imminent danger to the user's life or safety is identified and measures are taken
② Where there is a request from the relevant institution in accordance with the procedures and methods under the Act
5. Retention and use period of personal information
The user's personal information will be retained and used during the period of providing the service from the date of registration. As soon as the member withdraws from the membership, necessary measures will be taken, such as the disposal of the user's personal information.
① Immediate destruction: Password, email, date of birth
② Disposal after 7 days: ID, identification value (for general withdrawal member)
③ Disposal after 6 months: Identification value of a suspended member
6. Rights and exercise methods of users and legal representatives
Users can inquire, modify, or delete their personal information from "HoD Information" at any time, and request access to their personal information. Users can request the suspension of personal information processing at any time, and in cases where there are special provisions in the law, the request for suspension of processing may be rejected. Users can withdraw their consent to collect and use personal information at any time through "delete account".
In the case of children under the age of 14, the legal representative has the right to inquire, modify and delete the child's personal information, suspend processing, and collect and withdraw consent to use it.
7. Efforts to protect personal information
HoD is doing its best to safely manage users' personal information.
User's personal information is managed by a protected system, and the transmission data is encrypted to protect it.
We are controlling access to personal information and restricting access rights.
8. Matters concerning the installation, operation, and rejection of automatic personal information collection devices;
HoD uses cookies and local storage to store and load user information to provide users with a perfectly personalized service.
It is used for sign-in access or personalization services for users, and users may refuse to do so. However, if the user refuses, the user may have difficulty using the service normally.

10. Obligation to notify before the amendment
If the contents of this personal information processing policy are added, deleted, or modified, we will make a prior notice through "Notice" at least 7 days before the revision.
However, if a significant change in user rights occurs, such as an item of personal information collected or a change in the purpose of use, it may be notified at least 30 days in advance, and user consent may be obtained again if necessary.
